Ingredients

1 dl oatmeal
1 dl solrosfrön
1 dl linfrön
1 dl sesamfrön
2 cups flour
2-3 cup finely sifted rye
1 dl olivolja
2 cups water
2 nypor salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
egg white to brush with
sea ​​salt
sunflower seeds, flaxseed and sesame seeds for decoration

Preheat the oven to 200 grader.
Mix together flaxseed, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and rolled oats in a bowl. Then 2 cups flour, 2-3 dl rye flour and 2 cup water and mix around. If the dough feels stabbig add more water.
Add salt and olive oil (if you prefer any other oil is fine too) and baking powder. Then mix all ingredients in a bowl until it becomes a firm dough.
Turn the dough out onto a floured table. Knead the dough through quickly so that it is smooth and well.
Then, divide the dough in 3 and roll out each dough so it becomes about 5 thick. Then press out biscuits into any shape by using a glass, one form or rivjärnsbotten.
Then place the biscuits on a baking sheet with parchment paper, brush the biscuits with egg white and then sprinkle with salt flakes and optional seeds.
Bake the biscuits for about 15-20 min until they get a golden color.
