Fish Gratin

Ingredients

Fisk, tentatively cod
1 Each leeks
1 burk sparris
4-5 st tomater
Herrgårdsost
Wheat flour
Butter
Allspice, Black Pepper, salt

For the sauce:
Save 3 cups broth from cooking fish, cream, butter and flour

White sauce
4 tablespoons butter
2 tbsp plain flour
3 dl Liquid (cream, milk and broth from cooking fish)

Do this:

  1. Cook the fish in 3-5 minutes in salted water and allspice
  2. Place fish in greased dish
  3. Chop the leeks and add the fish
  4. Chop the asparagus and cut into pieces and put over
  5. Slice the tomatoes and place over
  6. Pour white sauce over everything
  7. Bake in 30.40 min in 200 gr C
  8. Last 15-20 I sprinkled the cheese over

The sauce do this

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan
  2. Pour into flour at the same time as you whisk vigorously until well blended
  3. Mix the liquid “little by little” and continue to whisk constantly to desired thickness
  4. Season with salt and pepper
