Cod with horseradish

4 portions

4 skivor cod back (the 250 gr)
3 tablespoon salt / liter of water
1 yellow triple
1 Carrot
10 white peppercorns
3 allspice
2 laurel

Garnering:
10 cm pepparrot
200 gr butter

Do this:
Boil the water with plenty of salt in a saucepan
