Vegetable Fund

2 carrots
1 celeriac
4 yellow onions
1 whole garlic
2 dl tomatpuré
Water
2 tablespoon white pepper
2 MSK Timjan
5 laurel

Peel the vegetables and onions and cut them into rough pieces.
Cut garlic into two parts.
Toasting the vegetables in 20-30 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and roast further for a few minutes.

Add everything together in a large pot and cover everything with water.
Bring to the boil and skim off if needed.
Add the spices after you skimmed off and then let simmer on low heat 1-2 hours.

Jack of all, and boil down the broth until 1/3 remains.
Awesome good to autumn soups, t.ex. Potato and leek soup.
