Curry in a Hurry

Nigellas recipe…cruel tasty and easy to make…

  • 2 msk oil
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped spring onions
  • 3 – 4 tablespoons Thai green curry paste
  • 1 kg chicken file (strimlat for about 4 x 2cm)
  • 1 x 400 ml coconut milk
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • Chicken Fund
  • 1 tablespoons Thai fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 185 gr frozen peas
  • 200 gr frozen soybeans
  • 150 gr frozen green beans
  • 3 tablespoons chopped korriander
  • rice or noodles as an accompaniment to the curry

Do this:

  1. Heat the oil in a tap dance anna / wok, add the onion and fry about 1 to 2 minutes, then add curry paste.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry for two minutes before you then pour over the coconut milk, Foundation, and fish sauce, then the peas and soyabönorna.
  3. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the beans and cook another everything in 3-4 mine.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles, sprinka of korriander bit of everything, Put out a plate with lime- and lemon wedges that people can “squeeza” over the food while they eat.
