Ingredients:

Pastry:

  • 150 gr butter
  • 4 dl flour
  • 2tablespoons cold water
  • 0,5 teaspoon salt

Topping:

  • 1 liters of fresh mushrooms
  • 2 yellow onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1,5 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
  • 1,5 dl cheese, riven
  • 1 cup chopped chives
  • pepper

Do this

  1. Finely cut the butter into the flour, the salt and add water. Work quickly into a smooth dough.
  2. Shaping it into a “lump” and leave it in the 30-40 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 200 grader, Roll out dough to cover the bottom and the edges of the form. Pre-bake at 10-15 minutes.
  4. Bryn they shared the chanterelles and the chopped onion browned.
  5. Beat the eggs lightly, Mix in sour cream, the fungus and the grated cheese and the fried onion.
  6. Season with a few turns of the pepper mill.
  7. Bake in oven 175 – 200 degrees in 15 – 20 minutes until the egg mixture solidified.
  8. Let it rest for a while before serving.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped chives.
