Potato the grill

INGREDIENT

  • 1,2 KG BAKAD POTATIS
  • 1 BIG ONION
  • 2 MSK BUTTER
  • 125 ML PARMESANOST
  • 125 ML KESO
  • 125 ML västerbottencheese
  • 1 MSK FRESH ROSEMARY
  • 1 MSK FRESH THYME
  • 125 ML CREAM
  • SALT AND PEPPER

WHAT TO DO:

  1. CUT POTATO IN 0,75 CM BITAR.
  2. CUT ONION THIN.
  3. MELT BUTTER IN A PAN.
  4. ADD POTATO IN AN ALUMINIUM PACK.
  5. THEN ADD ONIONS ON TOP.
  6. Brush with BUTTER AND SPICE.
  7. ADD Keson ON TOP, SINCE Western CHEESE AND LAST PARMESAN CHEESE.
  8. ADD THE REST OF THE ONION.
  9. ADD ON THE FRESH spices.
  10. ADD SINCE LAST BOOK POTATO and brush with butter.
  11. MAKE A PACK OF ALUMINIUM.
  12. POUR IN THE CREAM AND CLOSE THE WHOLE PACKAGE.

GRILL ON MEDIUM HEAT DIRECTLY ON CA 176 GR CELSIUS I 25 TO 30 MINUTES.
