Ceasarsallad Old School

Ingredients:

4 chicken legs
1 Ciabata
3 sprigs of rosemary
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
12 slices of bacon or pancetta
1/2 Garlic
4 st Sardeller
Such As 75 gr Parmesan cheese
1 Ragad msk Cream
The juice fr 1 Lemon
Romansallad, 2-3 st salladshuvuden

Do this:
Preheat the oven to 200 gr. Add chicken legs in a baking dish, add also the bread pieces.
Season with rosemary, salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Mix the ingredients well with your hands and add the clubs top and bottom croutons, so that the clubs rests on the croutons. Now put in the oven.

Efter as 45 my chicken should be ready, take out the form add the bacon or pancettan over the chicken and croutons and return the form in the oven for a further 15 to 20 minutes so that everything gets a crusty surface. Remove the mold from the oven and set aside so that the chicken's time to cool down a bit. So time in the kids total should not be more than 45 minutes.

Shock garlic and anchovies with mortar and pestle to mash. Scrape down the cake in a bowl and whisk together with Parmesan, cream fraishe, lemon juice, and three times as much olive oil lemon juice. Salt and pepper dressing to taste.

Pull the meat from the chicken and cut it into coarse pieces together with croutons and pancettan / bacon.
