Mustard sauce

4 portions

2 senap inbox
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (also works with white wine vinegar)
1 dl rapsolja / matolja
1 pinch white pepper
2 krm salt
2 tablespoons finely chopped dill

Do this:
Blanda senap, vinegar and sugar
Add the oil little by little
Season with salt and pepper
Stir in the dill
Set in the fridge
