Hasselback potatoes

You do:

  • 8 st (as 600 g) evenly sized potatoes
  • as 2-3 tbsp (as 25-40 g) butter
  • 0,5 teaspoon salt
  • 0,5 dl breadcrumbs or panko

Do this:

  1. Put the week pop 225 gr C

Gratinated lobster, 3 variants

Option no 1:

You do:

  • 2 sat Boiled lobsters

  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese

Do this:

Tempurafriterad lobster with chilli- and garlic mayonnaise

You do:

2 hummer

4 dl majonnäs

2 msk chili garlic paste

2 msk citrus juice (yuzu, lime or citron)

1 msk soybean

1 package rice noodles

2 dl tempuramjöl

1,5 dl carbonated water

1 teaspoon baking powder

3 l frityrolja

Do this

Start with mayonnaise - mix mayonnaise with chili garlic paste, citrus juice and soy.

Heat the frying oil to about 180 grader. Fry rice noodles in the hot oil, add the amount depending on how large saucepan or deep fryer, you've. Deep-fry the noodles in batches and be aware that they grow in the deep fryer. Fry about 1 min per Turn.

Cut the lobster in about 3 cm pieces.

Moberg's burger with home made burger bread

4 people

Hamburger:

600-700 g ground beef
salt and pepper
2 msk worcestershiresås, or brandy
olive oil

Hamburgerbröd:

25 g yeast
6 cups water, lukewarm
2 teaspoon salt
13 cups flour
Water, for brushing

Coleslaw:

7 dl cabbage, finstrimlad
1 st morot, riven
1 Each onion, small, finstrimlad
1 dl crème fraiche
0,5 dl majonnäs
2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 tsp French mustard
1 teaspoons of granulated sugar
salt and pepper

HAMBURGER

Add the minced meat in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
Stir in worcestershire sauce or brandy and work together to a smooth mince.
Shape the mince into burgers with hands.
Press hard so that they hold together during cooking.
Rub the burgers with a little oil just before you put them on the grill.
Roast them for 2-3 minutes on each side. They may be a bit pink inside.
Place steaks in homemade hamburger buns and top them with cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles and lettuce.
Spread with mustard and ketchup possibly. Servera med coleslaw.

HAMBURGERBRÖD

Grind the yeast in a bowl.
Dissolve in the water and add the salt and flour.
Work dough in a food machine for 2-3 minutes (Hand double time) or until it has settled. The dough should be sticky.
Let rise under a cloth in 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 250 grader.
Divide the dough and shape it into bite-sized rolls (knead not!).
Place the buns on baking sheet covered with parchment paper and let them rise under a cloth for another 10-15 minutes.
Brush with water and bake the loaves in then 5 minutes.
Lower the oven to the 150 grader (open the oven door to reduce heat quickly) and bake the loaves in a further approximately 15 minutes.
Let them cool on a rack without a kitchen towel.

COLESLAW

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well.
Let coleslaw stand in the refrigerator for a while before serving so the flavors are thoroughly mixed.

Beef, potato, garlic butter and parsley …. no funny

Rub the tenderloin in salt and pepper
Grill / fry a lovely area
Place sliced ​​potatoes in the oven

Min prinsessa 11 year…och åren flyger iväg…

Så kom den dagen då min prinsessa fyllde 11 year. Visst är det härligt men jag vill inte att hon ska bli äldre på ngt konstigt sätt. Jag vill alltid att hon ska vara 10 år och alltid vara som hon är nu…just nu…men tiden går och det är ju inget man kan göra ngt åt…I think in all cases.

Denna sommar har varit helt underbar. Massor av tid med henne och en vecka helt ensamma tillsammans i Danmark fyllde på min energi till110%. Älskar verkligen att få spendera tid med henne utanför vardagen när det inte finns några måsten i våra liv, dagarna kommer och går som dom vill och man planerar dagen precis som den kommer. Låter nästan som en reklamfilm….

The week in Crete with W and E were wonderful. Now we batteries Zlatan Camp
before school begins again….and then she is the oldest in the school….still wish that she “only” should be 10 year….

Easter in Åre :-)

So it was in all cases booked, an Easter trip to Åre!! Longing lot to this time. We got such a taste last year when we were there…the only problem is that it is one week. When you get there you want to be there at least another week. We all family members feel as good of mountains, We feel good to get from Stockholm now and then and get close to nature….come to my beloved northern, my blood…
