Pasta with shrimp and chili

400 gr spaghetti of good quality
300 gr shrimp, peeled (as 1 kg oskalade).
1 dl good oil
3 minced garlic cloves
1 fresh, Sliced ​​red chillies
200 gr miniplommontomater
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper
1/2 lemon, Grated zest and juice
70 gr rucolasallad
100 gr parmesanost

How to use

1. Boil pasta in salted of water two minutes shorter than the label on the container.

2. Meanwhile, the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry the garlic and chilli until the garlic is soft but does not take color.

3. Add the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes are wrinkled.

4. Add salt and pepper. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest (only the yellow) and remove from heat.

5. When the pasta cooked course, turn the pasta water and add the spaghetti to the pan. Mix well.

6. Add the shrimp, rocket and possibly more lemon zest, salt and pepper.

7. Stir well and serve immediately with any with parmesan cheese.
