Comfortable breakfast rolls

Ingredients

50 g yeast
5 cups water
2 dl graham flour
3 MSK rapsolja
2 msk sirap
about 10 dl flour special
1 msk salt
225 Grades are oven.

Add the yeast in a dough bowl with water, oil and syrup.
Pour into graham flour and most of the flour so that it becomes a smooth dough.
Knead the dough about 10 minutes in a dough mixer or twice as long as the hand.
Add the salt and mix for an additional 3 minutes.
Let the dough rise covered in 30 minutes, bake out into oblong rolls and let them rise for about another 30 minutes.
Brush on water and apply a mixture of rolled oats, sesame seeds and flax seeds.
Bake in 225 degrees in approximately 12 minutes.
