Tore Wretmans meatballs

Do this:

Remove the wings from white fresh bread. Tear the bread on the rough area of
a grater. Add the torn bread in a bowl and beat in cream.

Finely chop the onion. Fry lightly in a knob of butter and oil.
Or you can grate an onion and skip the frying onions (child-friendly version)

Mix all minced thoroughly. Feel free to use your hands, it takes less time.
Add the grated bread and cream, the fried onions and an uncooked egg.
Salt and pepper. Stir the ground meat feels firm. Roll minced until
meatballs the size of ping pong balls. Fry in plenty of butter.

Serve the meatballs with pickled cucumbers and boiled new potatoes!

Ingredients

Cooking: as 1 hour
Calculated at approximately 40 meatballs

Meatballs
100 g minced pork ground twice
200 g ground beef ground twice
100 g veal ground twice
1/2 to 1 yellow triple
1 cups coarsely grated white fresh bread
2 cup cream
1 eggs
1 nypa salt

anjovisspad
1 Nypa vitpeppar
butter (abundant)
cooking oil (abundant)

For Christmas:

Add cloves and allspice as mortars. Add these when you fry the onion to get the flavors out of the spices.

You can use breadcrumbs instead of white bread of course..

Also add 1 tablespoons Scanian mustard in the batter.
