Became a Pizza evening the other day again.

I used the recipe from Mr. Ernst force the dough and also chose two of his pizzas, namely, potato pizza and pears&chevre-pizzan.

Started but to cook a nice tomato sauce that was cooked brimming with chopped tomatoes:

Then I made the dough that would rise for half an hour. The förgräddas for about 8,5 minutes at 280 degrees C, making it the osladdrig if you understand what I mean.

Took the opportunity to prepare myself for Chevrepizzan containing pears.

Then there was thus:
Potato Pizza

Klassisk mozzarella, tomato sauce and parma ham

and finally the pear and the pizza-Chevre
